The blades are 420 stainless steel colored black. The edges of the blades are unsharpened but can be sharpened. Along the ridge of the blade are six serrated points. The blades also feature a false edge along the inside of the blades. The handle is covered with a leather wrap over ray skin. The handle contours to the user’s hand. The stand is wooden painted black with pegs to hold the claws
